Affectionately known as “The Ranch,” this 440-acre, gated community was designed with large sites to accommodate Class A Motor Coaches, Fifth-Wheels, and “Super C” Motorcoaches. Over 590 spacious sites are averaging 40 X 80 feet with plenty of room for multiple slide-outs. “The Ranch” has two clubhouses, an exercise room, six tennis/pickle-ball courts, and 27 lakes including a catch-and-release fishing lake. Best of all is a beautiful 14-hole challenging Executive (Par 3) Golf course meandering throughout the Resort. 

The MarketPlace at “The Ranch” is a convenience store stocked with almost everything you may need. 

The Las Palmas Mexican Bar & Grill is open Tuesday through Friday for lunch and dinner, and Saturday & Sunday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Have a four-legged friend? We certainly cater to our dogs here at “The Ranch!” There’s a dog park for your four-legged friend, which has proven to be a perfect spot to socialize with other owners and guests.

Our Golf Club hosts several golf tournaments weekly. Our Activities Committee hosts free movie nights, music by the lake,  and annual Memorial Day and 4th of July events. On Sundays, there’s a nondenominational church service in the small clubhouse. 

“The Ranch” is surrounded by the great outdoors. It offers miles of trails for walking and jogging. Nearby hillsides and gravel/dirt roads entice hardy hikers, and riders of bicycles, motorcycles, as well as off-road vehicles.
