Dear Owners & Guests,
Today, we come together to remember the tragic events that took place on this very day, 22 years ago. We also celebrate the bravery and determination of the heroes who selflessly stepped in to help.
Let us take a moment to honor those who lost their lives on that fateful day. Please join us in a minute of silence to reflect on their sacrifice. This simple act of remembrance can help us come together as a community and show our support for those who were affected by the events of 9/11.
Thank you for participating in this important moment of reflection.
Sincerely,
Linda Alexander, CCAM-LS

This is a reminder to please send in your ballots! As of today, we have received 176 ballots. In order to meet quorum and hold the meeting on March 25, 2023 we will need to receive 297 ballots. The inspectors are available from 9:45 am – 10:00 am for in person balloting. Once the motion to cease balloting is made, we will no longer accept any ballots, so we want to encourage you to deliver your ballot in advance. A ballot box is available in the HOA office for your convenience or you may mail your ballot back to the inspector directly.
