Resort Rules & Regulations
Helping everyone enjoy Rancho California RV Resort — please read and abide by these community standards.
Rancho California RV Resort is a privately owned, active lifestyle gated community located at 45525 Hwy 79 South, Aguanga, CA 92536. These rules apply to all lot owners, renters, and their guests. Management reserves the right to update these rules at any time. Last updated: January 2025.
1. Community Standards
Rancho California RV Resort is a privately owned active lifestyle community designed to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all lot owners, renters, and guests. The following rules and regulations help preserve the quality, appearance, and lifestyle of the resort. All residents and guests are expected to familiarize themselves with and abide by these standards.
2. RV & Vehicle Requirements
Rancho California RV Resort accommodates Class A, and Class Super C motorhomes, as well as fifth-wheels all over 30 feet. All RVs must be in good condition and no older than 10 years, free of significant body damage, broken or patched windows, visible rust, peeling paint, or any missing or makeshift bodywork. Management reserves the right to require removal of any RV found to be in poor condition or an obvious state of disrepair.
No signage or advertising is permitted on coaches or tow vehicles. Trailers and tow dollies must be stored in designated areas. Visitor parking is available near the Clubhouse. No parking on streets or on any lot other than your assigned space.
3. Occupancy Guidelines
A maximum of 6 persons are allowed on a lot at any time, including visitors. Visitors are welcome from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. All guests must be registered at the front office. Exceeding the number of registered guests or unauthorized visitors may result in additional fees.
Sleeping outside of the RV is strictly prohibited. No tents, canopies, tarps, or similar makeshift structures are allowed for sleeping. Keep your site clean and free of clutter. Storage of personal items outside your RV must be kept to a minimum.
4. Arrival & Departure
Check-in: 1:00 PM. Please do not arrive before this time unless an early arrival has been specifically arranged with the front office.
Check-out: 11:00 AM. Timely departure is appreciated. Late checkout may be arranged subject to availability. Unarranged late departures may incur additional fees.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times.
5. Use of Resort Amenities
Residents and registered guests are welcome to enjoy all resort amenities including pools, spa, golf course, pickleball courts, fitness center, and clubhouse facilities.
Proper swimwear is required at all pool and spa areas. Glass containers are not allowed in or near pools and amenities. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Amenity hours and posted rules must be followed at all times.
Golf carts must be operated by a licensed driver. The speed limit throughout the resort is 12 MPH. Bicycles and scooters must be used safely and are not allowed after dark without proper lighting.
6. Pets
A maximum of two pets is allowed per site and must always be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Pets must remain indoors after 10:00 PM and should not create disturbances such as excessive barking.
Pets are not allowed in association buildings, pool areas, the clubhouse, or on other lots. Waste must be picked up immediately. Pet Convenience Stations with bags and trash bins are available throughout the resort. Aggressive behavior or repeated rule violations may result in removal from the resort.
7. Trash & Recycling
All trash must be placed in secure disposable bags or containers and set adjacent to the curb for pick-up by resort staff. Trash pick-up occurs by 9:30 AM daily. No overnight trash is permitted outside. Recycling is encouraged; stickers and information are available at the front office.
8. Noise & Conduct
Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, public intoxication, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the resort without refund.
All residents and guests are expected to treat fellow community members, staff, and resort property with respect. Any harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
9. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all resort buildings and within 25 feet of any building entrance, pool area, or common amenity. Designated smoking areas are marked throughout the resort. Guests who smoke in prohibited areas are responsible for all damage, including stains, burns, and cleaning costs. Violations may result in removal from the premises.
10. Speed Limit
For the safety and comfort of all residents, pedestrians, and pets, the maximum speed limit on all resort roads and driveways is 12 miles per hour (MPH). Golf carts and personal vehicles must observe this limit at all times.
11. Damage Policy
Residents and guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property, common areas, or neighboring lots during their stay. Management reserves the right to charge for any uncovered losses or damage caused by a resident, renter, or their guests. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
12. Enforcement
These rules and regulations are enforced by resort management and security staff. Violations may result in warnings, fines, or removal from the resort at management's discretion. Repeated violations may result in termination of residency or rental agreement.
